For Valentine's day, I decorated my room with balloons and hearts. I put Ryan's and Ty's presents right in the middle of it all. I waited until Ryan got home that night to let Ty see it. When I opened the door, Ty went crazy! He loved all the balloons. He was even more excited when he saw his ma ma ma ma's, (translation, m&m's). It was pretty cute! I hope my two valentine's know that I love them a lot!!!!! Happy Valentines Day! Friday, February 16, 2007

The Bloody Nose

This is what I woke to find this morning. Poor little Ty. I don't know how he managed to get this, although I assume it was the ol' finger in the nose trick. When I first walked in the room I saw the blood on his sheets and I freaked out a little bit. Then Ty sat up with a big grin on his face, and despite his blood covered face, I knew he was alright. I think that he got the bloody nose before he even fell asleep the night before. He never made any noise to make me suspect something was wrong. I felt so bad! I don't know how, but he didn't seem to mind it at all. It was stuck on there pretty good. It took a bath to get

Snowmobiling in Yellowstone
Here is Ty getting ready. He was not very fond of this process. We had 4 layers of clothes under that suit.
The size 11 boots made it very awkward for him to stand and walk on his own. Although he did get pretty good at it after awhile.
Here is the finished product, minus the helmet. He could stand up as long as he didn't try to move. I think he weighed an extra 10 pounds with all of that stuff on. I had a hard time carrying him.
Here is Ty sitting on the snowmobile for the first time. He still wasn't sure if he liked all of this. But once we started moving, he couldn't get enough. Every time we stopped he would tell us "more, more, more"!
The whole family on our snowmobile. Ryan drove a lot differently than he has in the past, seeing as he had two babies on board. I went up to Yellowstone with Ryan a couple months after we started dating for my first trip on a snowmobile. Ryan scared me to death with his driving. Without warning he started doing jumps and swerving back and forth on the banks of snow. This trip he just stayed on the trail and drove us all nice and easy.
I had to tell Ty a secret in this picture in order for him to look at the camera. Every time I pull the camera out now he looks the other way. He will do anything for a secret though. I don't know why he likes them so much.
Here is a picture of Ty smiling to show you that he really did have fun. He spent 7 hours snowmobiling that day, and he didn't complain once. He did a lot of sleeping and just hung out the rest of the time. We had a really fun trip!!!! Thank you John and Diane and the rest of the family!!!
